Roasted Cherry Tomatoes with Rosemary & Garlic

This recipe is made extra special with Tomatoes from the farm garden wall.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Cherry tomatoes

  • 4 cloves Garlic, chopped

  • 1 tablespoon. Olive oil

  • 1 tablespoon. finely chopped Rosemary

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  • Heat oven to 180 degrees.
  • Toss cherry tomatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, and finely chopped rosemary and garlic.
  • Roast for 30 minutes or longer.
  • Cool then toss with pasta.
