Dill Sauce and Dip – The Happy Food Chef Robin Joy

Dill Sauce and Dip

Large handful chopped dill
3 green onions chopped
3 large cloves of garlic
Juice of one large lemon
1 tablespoon tahini
1/4 cup almond milk unsweetened
1/4 cup or more nutritional yeast
Salt and pepper

  1. In a food processor, add all ingredients leaving out 2 tablespoons of chopped dill and 2 tablespoons chopped green onion. Pulse and blend until a nice consistency for a sauce and dip, not too runny. If you need to thicken, add more nutritional yeast.
  2. Pour in a bowl and add the remaining finely chopped dill and spring onion. Fold in and serve!

Use for veggies such as asparagus and broccoli as a cheesy dill sauce. Perfect as a sauce for salmon burgers, or on baked salmon either on top and baked or add after fish is cooked as well. The perfect dip for raw veggies or crackers. So many uses!!!
